Welcome to our list of online therapy groups!

These groups are led by highly qualified group leaders, and are made up of 6-8 group members from across the United States. These groups can accept members from any of the 33 states marked as blue in the map below.

PSYPACT LEGISLATIVE UPDATE
Due to changes in the enacted South Carolina bill (SC H 3833), the PSYPACT Executive Board voted at its September meeting to not accept South Carolina as a participating state due to those changes. It is hoped that a new bill will be introduced in 2023 to correct this issue.

This group is for emerging adults (young professionals, graduate students) that can sense that their mental health will improve as they practice investing in healthy relationships within the group (with fellow group members and in their relationship with themself). It is ideal for people struggling with depression, anxiety, shame, perfectionism, and many other concerns. Emily offers a free 15-minute initial consultation.
